I decided to use Alan Price Automobile Services because after what seemed like a million phone calls about car repairs, his was the only one (in both Blackburn and Manchester) that quoted me a realistic and honest price. After what I can only describe as the friendliest of initial conversations I brought my car in still expecting to wait a few days. I was completely bowled over when not only did they offer me a courtesy car to see me through but rang me the very next day to say all the repairs had been completed. The result of this was literally zero impact on my day to day car usage. I would particularly like to say how incredibly friendly and helpful everyone was and how they all made what is normally a bit of a trial into a pleasant experience. I would like to reflect a customer’s view on services received from Alan Price Automobile Services these last few months. I have a 5 year old Volvo that recently has recently suffered with a number of different problems associated with the more complicated electrical and mechanical aspects of a modern eco diesel. The solution to the different issues was not cheap at approx £1000 spent. However the Alan Price team were thorough and fairly priced and are technically equipped to solve issues. They have restored my confidence in the car and it’s performance. I found the team pleasant to deal with and always most helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
